Samsung launched an unconventional top of the line this Friday, 1st. With flip format, the W2018 features Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM and f / 1.5 aperture camera, the world’s largest smartphone and that should improve the device’s performance in low-light clicks. With so many predicates, the phone is even more powerful than the Galaxy S8 sold in Brazil, which has only 4GB of RAM.
With the “good old” look of flip phones, the Samsung phone features two 4.2-inch Full HD (1080p) displays: one on the inside of the flip, next to the keyboard, and another on the outside of the the appliance. In addition, the phone has a 12 megapixel rear camera with a system that varies the aperture between f / 1.5 and f / 2.4, adjusting the sensor according to light conditions.
In specs, the retro phone features a Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, 2300 mAh battery, dual-chip input and 64GB of internal memory with no memory card input information. Samsung equipped the model with a dedicated button for the Bixby personal assistant, 5 megapixel front camera and Androd 7.1.1 (Nougat). Finally, there is a classic T9 dialpad and buttons for system navigation.
So far, Samsung has not yet released the price of the W2018, but rumors published by SamMobile indicate that the device can cost up to $ 2,000. Moreover, it is not yet known if the manufacturer intends to launch the model around the world or if it will be limited to China, the country where the presentation was made.
